If you have extended medical coverage, you will be asked to pay directly at the time of treatment and then follow up with your insurance company for reimbursement.
Our Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule please be sure to call us at 403-710-6362 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment so that your time can be made available to another client. Should an appointment be cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of your scheduled appointment fee will apply.
